Piyanka and Victor discussed how simply with excel and some simple data sets, along the candidate funnel, HR practitioners can gain valuable insight into their hiring processes and build a data foundation for connecting HR outcomes to business outcomes.
In the practical examples discussed, data provided the justification for upgrades to recruiting processes which accelerated the hiring cycle, cut costs and improved diversity and inclusion. The pros and cons of artificial intelligence were also discussed.
